During the first Covid-19 Quaranteen, online yoga classes tourned into the new daily routine for me and for many others: A set of clear instructions perfromed in a given time frame and deliveres in a relaxed and positive tone of voice - this has given us a sense of security and grip, in a changed and unsfae world. 

Downward Dog playes within the format of an online yoga class, looking for clarity and stability on the one hand, and on the other hand - the sense of shock and alienation of these times.
