Nofar Sela is a performance artist working in the crossroad between theater, visual art and text. Sela’s work is based on an intimate and direct connection with the audience, often making use of its presence as raw material.
Sela is a member of Pandora Collective - an independent artists' initiative based in Jerusalem - where she develops her works, accompanies the development of her colleagues' works, and initiates and curates performance events.
In 2018, Sela participated in the International Forum programme in Berlin, initiated by Theatertreffen and the Goethe Institut.
Sela studied interdisciplinary art in the School of Visual Theater, Jerusalem, and
in 2012 she received a BFA with distinction from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem.
