Almost There
A participatory audio performance
 

The audio performance Almost There is an intimate encounter with an absent artist.

Nofar Sela invites you for a quiet meeting over coffee - one she will not attend. Through headphones, she shares her personal experiences as a mother living in Jerusalem during the current on-going war, and takes you on a voice-guided journey from her heart to yours.

Almost There was commissioned for Forum Theatertreffen, Berlin 2025, Curated by Aljoscha Begrich and Sima Dejabar Zadegan.

Premiered at the Berliner Festspiele, May 8th 2025.
