This performative action set out to explore how to create a panel and discuss the creative process, through a physical, participatory experience.

The audience was invited to go out on a picnic: Each person was teamed up with someone they never met before. Each pair prepared a sandwich for each other and was given a "menu" of instructions. They were asked to go out on a picnic but not to eat the sandwich. Instead, they were asked talk: using their own personal experience, the participants discussed different aspects of the creative process: The hunger that sets us going, the failures that hold us back and the nurishment we need. 

And finally, they ate.

We invited the audience to be the experts, because anyone who can make a sadwich can knowingly speak about a creative process. Our personal life experienve is the raw material out of which this event was created.
